Alessandro Pigati

Alessandro Pigati is Assistant Professor in Mathematics at the
Department of Decision Sciences (DEC), at Bocconi University.
His research interests are at the interface between differential
geometry and analysis: in particular, calculus of variations for the
area and related energies, their anisotropic counterparts, and limits of
spaces with curvature bounds. He mainly uses tools from geometric
measure theory, elliptic partial differential equations, harmonic
analysis, and algebraic topology.
