Visiting Students Initiative

Students are one of Bocconi's most important assets. The IGIER-BIDSA Visiting Student Initiative (VSI) aims at nurturing and enhancing this reservoir of talent within the MSc Programs in Economic and Social Sciences, Data Science and Business Analytics, Finance, and Artificial Intelligence. The VSI is devoted to students strongly interested in pursuing a research career in academia, industry and international institutions.

The initiative is organized around a few building blocks to endow students with skills that will be helpful in developing successful academic or professional careers in Italy or abroad. Students are expected to actively participate in the center’s activities (e.g., conferences, seminars, etc.) and to present a paper in the reading group. Individual mentors chosen among the BIDSA scholars will supervise students’ research activities.
