Francesca Buffa

Francesca Buffa is a Full Professor in the Department of Computing Sciences, Bocconi University. Previously, she was a Full Professor at Oxford University, where she still holds a visiting position and heads a research laboratory. She is the recipient of a European Research Council Award to develop novel computational frameworks for application to genomics and medicine. Her research interests include computational biology, bioinformatics, multi-agents and network modelling, systems medicine and machine learning and AI in health.
