ABSTRACT: Motivated by educational data recorded over several periods in Chile, we develop a model for a sequence of partitions of objects. The model has as a main distinctive feature the ability of allowing partitions to evolve dynamically and/or according to spatial coordinates in a smooth way. We describe the model construction, some of its main properties and discuss its performance when applying it to the motivating dataset.
